Arigato – Cuento que te canto is a musical project that turns children’s favourite stories into interactive songs, original dances and playful moments where the audience becomes part of the show. Its aim is to inspire a love of reading, music and creativity from an early age.
Created by three musician‑educators, Arigato adapts beloved tales such as Monstruo Rosa, A qué sabe la luna?, Elmer and Por cuatro esquinitas de nada, transforming them into songs full of warmth, humour and positive values. With styles ranging from classic funk to contemporary urban rhythms, their concerts offer a fun, engaging and unforgettable experience for the whole family.
The José Antonio Ramos Auditorium, located in the amphitheatre of Parque Doramas, was named after the renowned Canarian timple player to commemorate the 50th anniversary of his birth. The venue stands as a permanent tribute to one of the musicians who did most to renew and promote the timple, transforming it into an instrument capable of engaging with contemporary musical styles and reaching new audiences.
