The Funk Family Clan, led by La Banda Mocosa, arrives with a family-friendly proposal designed to enjoy music through play, participation and shared creativity. The event combines a lively live music and theatre show with age‑adapted children’s workshops, offering a fun and educational experience for audiences of all ages.
On stage, characters such as the farmer, the sailor, Papa Mouse or the circus performers create a vibrant world where every show becomes a collective celebration. With original songs blending classic funk and contemporary urban rhythms, the band invites children and adults alike to dance, interact and become part of the performance.
A joyful celebration of music and shared culture that turns public space into a meeting point for the whole community. In 2026… join the Clan!
The José Antonio Ramos Auditorium, located in the amphitheatre of Parque Doramas, was named after the renowned Canarian timple player to commemorate the 50th anniversary of his birth. The venue stands as a permanent tribute to one of the musicians who did most to renew and promote the timple, transforming it into an instrument capable of engaging with contemporary musical styles and reaching new audiences.
